We own and manage our accommodation ourselves. The tenancy agreement is entered into directly with Hjertell Fastigheter, giving the company one direct point of contact for availability, rental periods, accommodation requirements and practical arrangements.

We rent exclusively to companies. Complete furnished houses are rented to the same company, rather than individual rooms being offered separately to unrelated private tenants.
